Stunning vintage Art Deco cut glass oval console/centerpiece bowl in a distinctive fan or "banana" shape with stepped winged handles and frosted etched satin botanical patterns featuring leaves and flowers. Possibly manufactured by Duncan & Miller, known for their elegant winged console bowls. No maker's markings. This exact design and size could not be found after exhaustive research — possibly rare.
Measures 14" across handle to handle, 6½"W, 5¼"H, with a 4¾" pedestal base diameter. Very heavy. Versatile in use — ideal as a fruit bowl, flower display, compote, candy or nut dish, or purely decorative centerpiece.
