This is an authorized framed poster reproduction of one of Ansel Adams’ most iconic photographs. In 1941, Adams was commissioned by the U.S. Department of the Interior to create mural-sized photographs for their offices — a project cut short by the outbreak of World War II. Adams continued to travel and photograph the great national parks, and this image became one he personally identified as among his “10 biggies.”
The print is marked as an authorized reproduction, as clearly shown. It is framed with glass and is ready to hang. Size: 31½" Wide × 25½" High (framed, with glass)
