This is a vintage Rueven Art Nouveau Covered Candy Dish. This style of glassware is known for its hand-painted abstract design featuring a blend of pastel colors resulting in “watercolor effect” featuring hues of purple, deep rose and lilac. This piece was hand-painted by Nouveau Art Glass Co. Inc. U.S.A. as shown on a sticker on the bottom of the Dish as shown in the photos.
Hand washing is recommended due to the hand-painted finish.
